Core Policy
At PakiPC, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Return policy on all products listed on our website. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these terms.
We take pride in our quality control and ensure all products are checked before dispatch. Therefore, change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for a return or refund.
Damaged Product Exception
The only exception to our no-return policy is if the product arrives physically damaged due to shipping or handling.
Terms for Exchange:
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.
- The product can only be exchanged for the same product or a product of the same price.
- Claims made after the 3-day window will be automatically rejected.
How to File a Claim
To be eligible for an exchange due to damage, you must follow these steps:
- Record an unboxing video as proof of the condition in which the product arrived.
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and the unboxing video of the damaged item.
- Wait for our technical team to verify the claim.
Note: PakiPC reserves the right to reject any claim if evidence of tampering or misuse is found after delivery.
